This historic coaching inn boasts the award-winning Siabod Restaurant, named after the mountain ‘Moel Siabod’ which is 872m or 2861 feet high and rises from the beautiful castle village of Dolwyddelan just 5 miles from Betws-y-Coed. The bar-lounge, main restaurant and the Garden Room enjoy stunningly beautiful views over the Lledr river and valley.
A mouth-watering, delicious, home-cooked eating experience in an INFORMAL AND FRIENDLY atmosphere in an historic building with views. Childrens' menu and high chairs available. Families very welcome.
Although we are award-winners, we don't overcomplicate our food and offer great traditional dishes at reasonable prices! Our unpretentious aim is to provide a relaxing evening meal for all. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are standard on the menu at all times.
Wherever possible, all our produce is locally supplied using the highest quality suppliers in the Conwy Valley. These include O.E. Metcalfe, a multi award-winning butchers; The famous Glasfryn Estate near Pwllheli, Welshmaid Icecream, Harp Stores, Llanrwst greengrocers and many more....
To compliment your evening meal, we have an extensive wine list to suit all tastes. Afterwards, enjoy a drink by the wood-burning stove in our historic bar/lounge.
